Want to get bigger but don't like eating

I really struggle to eat but I want to get bigger and muscly.

    lift heavy weights, set them down, and repeat.

    drink your calories then.....
  • When i was younger I used to eat a lot of muffins.

    I've got some dumbells at home to start with until I build up the confidence to join the gym

    If you'll drink milk, add heavy cream to it for more calories.

    You need to eat more then just liquids, you need solid foods.

    Forecaster just do what everybody keeps telling you to do. If you want muscles you have to work for them, eat more, like a whole lot more and pick up heavier weights and not the pink dumbbells. ;)

    the type of food you eat is inconsequential as long as you eat enough of it.

    The story may sound eerily similar to mine, but this muffin person is not me. For one thing, I don't even use dumbbells for most of my weight lifting. I also wouldn't join a gym right now because I do have a home gym with heavy enough weights for me to progress, not because of a lack of confidence.
