30 day squat 'challenge' results?

I've been wanted to try something like this along with my regular exercise but I'm the kind of person that likes to know that whatever I get on board with will lead me to results. lol Has anyone done this? Before & afters would be awesome! :smiley:

    Even with the rest days, the 30 day squat challenge will build up muscle "endurance" more than anything else. If you're weight is reducing, then you're not getting stronger. And 30 days isn't going to be a long enough time to see any significant results.
    If you're doing it to keep accountability, then that's fine. But one would get much better results on a structured weight resistance (even with body weight only exercises) program for the same 30 days.

  • Okay, good to know! I figured it wouldn't be that big of a transformation, so I didn't want to trust the hype. lol I already do weighted squat & presses so I think I'll keep up with that! Thanks guys. :smile:

    A 30 day squat challenge with WEIGHTS will give you better results than just body weight squats. If you would like a pretty good glute workout, friend me and I can message it to you
