I need help...Scale Issues..please advise...

Hey friends,
On yesterday, I weighed myself after a week and JUST yesterday I was down to 300lbs (again) but it was a very exciting moment. I actually weighed myself three times just to make sure my eyes were not deceiving me. Also because of this excitement, I forgot to take a prescribed water pill for HBP. Now I truly do not want to believe that the water pills are making that much of a difference, however, any help is welcomed..This morning I decided to look again and I weighed myself and it jumped up 6lbs. 6! I'm feeling very discouraged, but decided I am still going to stick to it no matter what. Plus TOM came early this morning as well....Is this normal? I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday, but I was just very excited about yesterday.

Yup the bigger a person is the bigger the fluctuation can be, absolutely nothing to be concerned about as long as your hitting your caloric deficit numbers. It can be between say 300-310 one week but since your losing weight it could look like 295-305. Just keep on it, the results WILL come, cheers0
