Has anyone tried it? I've been taking it for a week now, before breakfast, and noticed that I really don't feel as hungry...but I'm not sure if it's my imagination!

you probably don't feel hungry because you are drinking a liquid "tea" which makes you feel full; same affect as drinking a glass of water when hungry and feeling full….
