Another confused person

i am not sure what I am doing wrong. I workout everyday , eat the allotted calories, weigh myself same time , same way everyday and it seems like now my weight wants to stall and creep up...why?

    It's hard to really answer that. There are so many aspects to weight loss it takes a lot more information to decipher the problem. Sometimes it's eating too few calories, sometimes it's not eating the right food sometimes it's something completely, seemingly unrelated like bad sleep or a hormonal imbalance. Remember that you are an experiment of one. What works for other people won't work for you, use the information you get from MFP and make small changes and see what gets you going in the direction you want.

    Thanks so much, it just gets frustrating. I lost weight once much easier than 3 kids later,I t seems impossible.
