Hi I'm Kate! Title says it all. Been trying to burn at least 500 calories a day through trampoline exercises (or rebounding) and staying within the suggested guidelines for nutrition this app gives. Feel free to add me and talk to me, I need all of the support and motivation I can get!!

Hi Kate! I've been using a rebounder too and I'm loving it---I've been bouncing between 30 to 40 minutes a day.
