hi everyone!
Over the past few months I have gained 15 due to overeating, not working out, and being put on a new birth control.
I really want to lose fat in my stomach area by the time school lets out for summer break.
I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on the best way to lose weight in this area, good things to eat for meals (expecially breakfast since i am usually limited on time) and any other things you think may help!
Thank you

Eat what you always do, only in moderation, a deficit. Weigh and measure everything and log accurately.

Exercise doesn't really target areas to lose fat, it just kind of burns off the way it was put on. Eat at a deficit, ALWAYS log your food, and drink lots of water. I like to make enough smoothie for a lunch and then save the rest for tomorrow's breakfast. Also drinking a glass of water before each meal helps kind of fill you up before and make the food insta-expand so you feel full fast. Always eat a legit breakfast. I like 1/3rd a cup of plain rolled oats with cinnamon and a bit of honey on top (ready in 1.5 mins), yogurt, maybe a fruit, and lots of green tea. Snack within your daily limit and make lunch your big meal instead of dinner. I love cardio, but adding in strength training does make a huge difference to looking toned. Good luck!

If you do not have time for breakfast, skip it.
