i have been searching for answers...
but for some reason i am struggling on picking a goal weight? why? idk, maybe i'm crazy :) lol

HOW did you pick ur goal weight???
AND when should i change my goals to 0.5 lbs loss/week ???
(i change my goals frequently cause i'm so indecisive!! but right now i have it set to 0.7 loss/wk and 120 goal)
currently 130ish and 5'2''

    I personally based it on what sounded like a normal weight to me. Take a look at your BMI and see what the healthy range is for you.

    You know, I'm not sure how or why I came up with 150lbs as my goal weight. I guess at 203lbs it sounded like a good number. So, I went with it. Took me quite awhile to achieve it, but I did it. According to different BMI charts, 150lbs is still considered "overweight" for my height.

    My first pick was 135. I remember being that when I met my boyfriend in 07.
    My second pick was 121, because it is directly in the center of the healthy range for my BMI.
    My final pick is going to be a range, something in the area of 128-132. I chose this from figuring what weight I would be when I reach 20% body fat!

    I just picked a lower number... if I get there I get there but my main goal is to healthier to be a better me.
