    Returning to MFP after having 3 months off training and watching my diet after my little boy was born. Want to make sure he has a fit and strong dad :)

    I put on 30lbs after my son was born. I soon realised I wanted to be a fit dad rather than a fat Dad. I've lost it all but over Xmas but a few back on. Please add me!

    Posting this and making the fitness friends I now have was a great move. I love motivating you guys and am motivated in return. You can do this alone but it is much better to share the load and share the achievements
