I'm new to all this, am I best to go on my cross trainer for a quick 20min session before or after brekie ? ( don't feel hungry )

    You can do it fasted if it's moderate intensity. Make sure you're hydrated though.

    If you're lacking energy though, eat something.

    Try it. I don't get on with fasted workouts, but a lot of people do.

    I just didn't feel like eating before but I seem to be hungry after , I ate a healthy brekie 1st today.
