I had my baby nearly 4 weeks ago. Before I got pregnant I was in a routine of kettle bell classes twice a week and doing 30 day shred.

How long is it I have to wait before I can start doing these again. Would love to start asap

I've also got the body revolution and want to start that. Dunno which one to start with either that or 30 day shred xx

You need to talk to your OB or midwife for this. They are the ones that can clear you for exercise. Most recommend no core exercises for at least 6 weeks, but depending on your recovery and what kind of abdominal muscle seperation you had, this can vary.

There's a risk when exercising in the first 6 weeks after having a baby that anything beyond walking will cause an air clot where the placenta was attached. Especially anything that requires that you be on your hands and knees or high impact. Go for walks and practice your pelvic floor tightening exercises. Also, talk to your doctor for their suggestions.

If you are breastfeeding, you can also risk having your milk supply depleted if you are exercising. So, go slow!
