I try so hard to stay on track but then I think about how fat I am and I just end up eating tons of food... I feel hopeless help

  • Get out for a walk, keep busy, drink a glass of extra water instead when your reaching for the wrong food, I'm only started myself but I find not being in the kitchen area helps a bit. Keep going and keep tracking what you eat I think that's the most important, no matter if you slip a little just track it and move on :)

I stopped bingeing by eating enough food.

You log it. I still binge, but I've managed to lose 80 pounds despite it... so it's not impossible.

What helps me is not restricting too much, as well as not being alone. Being too restrictive (whether it be too low of calories or my favorite foods) makes me inevitably rebel to the max at some point mainly because I can only tolerate the unfairness of over restriction for so long. Avoiding being alone helps a lot because losing control and binging like a shameless glutton is an embarrassing behavior.

People binge generally for one of 2 reasons, either eating too little to start with, or eating your feelings. From your post OP it sounds like you need to find other coping mechanisms for dealing with your feelings.

That's how I feel I'm so in the mood for dominos and I always say I'll start fresh tommorow
