If you follow mfp settings then yes you do. If you follow TDEE then no you don't.0

I've always found exercise cals the tastiest!0 -
Actually with the TDEE method you are eating your exercise calories - it's just already included in your daily goal as an average amount instead of being added after the event if following the MFP method.
OP - why does it seem weird to you if you are calorie counting and aiming to hit a certain goal to account for calories burned as well as the calories you take in?0 -
everyone is different. i personally do not eat them all back, but everyone does it their own way. i eat a certain number of calories per day and some days i eat more because i work-out with weights, but i do not eat every calorie that i have "earned." on days i do cardio only, i do not eat back any.0
