Did a solid 100 lbs on bench press today! Make sure you go almost all the way down to the chest with the proper weight and extend arms fully out about shoulder length apart . Also put in some tricep work as well

Thanks everyone ! I've been on and off working out for the past 2 &1/2 years but for the past 4 months I've been lifting heavy and eating super clean which is making huge differences ! I'm 20 years old0
