So, it's been a long lifestyle trip for me so far. Unlike so many on here I have no idea of my starting weight(I'd guess around 17-18 Stones at my largest point).. When I decided that enough was enough I decided to 'go it alone' and it was some time before I discovered MFP (it would have been so much easier with MFP and the awesome support of you guys)!
I don't have too many 'before' photos and not all of the ones that I do have are 'brilliant' but I'll post what I have here, along with mid journey and the 'Now' photos.
I realise that my journey isn't as huge as some but for me it has been an awesome transformation that has truly changed my life!
So the following photos were taken in 2012 (or thereabouts)

The following was mid-journey.
Because when I origonally started my journey I had little guidance and a limited knowledge of nutrition, I wasn't eating as I should. As a result as well as dropping a lot of bodyfat I also lost the majority of my body muscle mass too.

The following images are of the past 5 months, to where I am now.
My journey is continually evolving. I've gone from 'couch slob' to being well on my way to joining the royal marines, anything is possible if you put your mind to it!!

Nice work on all the changes. It's not just about dramatic weight loss here, it's about being healthier and stronger - looks like you've done that!0
