I would have never thought an "App" would help me lose weight. For someone that has tried multiple ways to lose weight, and failed, this app is keeping me on track in order to reach my goal. I do prep my meals for the week and exercise 3-4 times a week as well. If you haven't had any progress with my fitness pal, don't give up yet. Its something you have to use every day. Not just some days. The more you keep tracking your food, the more successful you will be as far as reaching your goal! I have lost 3.5 lbs since the new year. I am trying to get to my pre-pregnancy weight of 125lbs and started at 144lbs, so I'm on my way and very excited! Best of wishes to all! ;)
