Little inspiration!
At the end of January I decided that I needed to stop consuming processed junk and watch what I eat. I have always been "skinny fat" no muscle etc!
SW: 137 (End of Jan 2014)
CW: 125
GW: 115 - 120
*I naturally have a small frame!!
Waist: 26
Size: 2-4; X-small/Small
I did not really exercise much, just walking the dog for about 15 minutes a day. Just started to be consciences and switched out ice cream with greek yogurt, white bread with wheat bread etc!0 -
Current: 5'2 and 105lbs.

My ultimate goal is to lower body fat from 22.1% but I want to get it around at least 18%, mainly to just gain muscle instead of being a 'skinny fat.' I will hopefully be going by measurements instead of using a scale.0 -

Goal: Right now, maybe like 170 & size 10 jeans/L shirts? I don't really know sizing well.
I guess my ultimate goal would be like 130-150 & size 6-8 jeans/M shirts? Maybe less, but I'd have to see when I got there.

I'm 5' 3", Weight currently 234. (originally I was 270). Dropped from a size 22 to a 16 since December and lost 5inches off my natural waist by lowering calories to 1000-1100/day and cutting out the majority of sugars and carbs.
Goals:
