Has anyone ever bought o e of those scales that tells you all kinds of things other than body weight? Is the scale pretty accurate?

    My scale stores up to 4 users input: gender, height, and age. So far the additional percentages (BF, BMI, BW, and BONE) have been pretty accurate.

    That's good, I think I'm gonna get one to track myself. I will be doing mostly strength training.
