30+kg to loose & want to join a group?

I've seen there's quite a few groups on here with weekly weigh ins and daily check ins/general chit chat for support... and that quite a few of them are for "100+ to loose"... anyone want to do one with me in *gasp* metric!? ;)

I have 40kg(+) to loose and would love to support and be supported by some women with a similarly long road ahead!

    i have 35kgs to lose :P from australia :) used to be 118kgs atm 113kgs.... needs great hard *kitten* support :bigsmile:

    I'm normally quite slack on weekends so am ridiculously proud of myself that I left the kids with hubby and went to the gym today :laugh:

    Do you guys have a set weigh in day?

    I'm hating going near my scales at the moment because I've had a rough couple of months and have put back on most of what I'd lost prior, but I am determined to look forward and go hard again! The potential public mortification of people knowing my weigh in day and having to post the results, might help... maybe lol. :glasses:

    i don't really have a weight in day i probably do it every few weeks at best.. because my trainer has me doing a lot of weights its not point atm with me as muscle weights more so i'll weight and see i know im plato at 113kgs and not budging at.. but also having trouble with eating good foods, i don't eat bad but i know i can do better its just the want to part like get my brain on the right thinking if that make since... its a bloody battle im getting tired of that's for sure , and having kids it don't make it easier as i buy them snack foods... was is some healthy snack foods just boring and don't excite you to wana eat it like a banana where is the awesome colours and pics surrounding it LOL and ya place it in ya mouth and BAM bets thing your taste buds have ever eaten LOL
