Hi guys, I've been using this for a while but only now proper using it to the fullest, but I need some friends on here to help me as much as me helping them during this weight loss and encourage,motivate, and give advise eachother

    I added you guys :) all you need to do is click on the person's username and it will take you to the profile and there is an option to add as friend beside their picture to the right. Hope that helps
