Yeah, remembering to count your calories is a pain, but the MyFitnessPal does have reminder features that notify you after a certain time of day if you haven't logged a specific meal. Like if I haven't logged my breakfast by 11AM, then MFP sends me a reminder to do it. It takes a little getting used to, but you get used to it after a while.

- After you are logged in, paste that copied URL into your browser and remove the "dispatch/mobile/" bit.
- Your link should now look like this:
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/user/210TxMade/profile/210TxMade - That modified link should take you to a user's profile page where you can add them.
