Second time around

Hi everyone! I had made some good progress with a MyFitnessPal/Withings/FitBit setup from Jan-July of 2014, but let it slip away. But I'm back, and going for it again. I find it pretty challenging to keep up with the requirements for maintaining the bio-quantified self, but I can't deny that while I was trying I made real progress. So I'm giving it another shot. Ideas about how to streamline and better integrate these forms of input ( essentially FitBit for tracking exercise, Withings for tracking weight, heart rate and body fat ) and MyFitnessPal for tracking food and drink, all working properly together, are welcome!

Hi there! My name is monica kirk & this is my 2nd time around too. The 1st time I tried it @ the reference of my dr. I was on a medicine that I was sure contributed to gaining 10+ lbs. Little did I knw @ the time, I was pregnant. Lol, oops! ; ) No wonder I cudnt lose the weight. I am back to try it again post baby. We had alot of setbacks aftr her birth, so I wasn't able to bounce back as quickly. She will b 1 yr nxt month, so here I am again. I am terrible @ self control & do alot bettr w friends to do it with.0
