    I got to thinking the other day...

    I :heart: MFP!

    I really think it is an amazing tool to use to make lifestyle changes and to improve your health. I also think that if I can do, then anyone can! This site makes so much more sense than dieting ever could.

    So I don't know if there has ever been a thread like this, but I would love to get a thread going to show the total weight that has been lost on MFP. I bet the number is very impressive.

    So add your number of pounds lost to the number above yours and total up the number of pounds lost on the site.

    I can't wait to see how high we can get this number to go!

    + 12 (my pounds lost)
    = 12 (Total lbs lost by MFP community)

    Next person starts with my 12, adds their pounds lost to it, and we have a new total!
