I have a lot of difficulties with "self-motivation" and at the same instance I'm too shy to do workout with other people.

I would love to workout with you! XD I love slim and 6! Burn it up is the hardest exercise video I have ever done.
I want to start it again, The first time I did it, I was falling and wiggling all over my living room! You will get use to it just DO NOT give up! .............The results are amazing!!!!! Have a nice time!!!!0 -
I have the slim in 6 series and i love it! its low impact but the first couple weeks i just watched my "saddle bags" melt away! i dont now many exercises that are so low impact but get you sweating like that. Pretty amazing if you ask me and once you get started, you wont want to stop!0

Good luck! When I did this, I got strong pretty quickly with all the squats and lunges. It's a great program.0

Thank you ladies. I had fallen off the wagon but today is MY day of change. I am about to start working out with Slim in 6 in a couple of minutes along with doing at the Ab Circle. I weighed myself and gained my weight back. My official weigh in days are officially Fridays. Thanks for all the support.0

I am with you there Mina. I live in an apartment complex here in Orlando Florida where we have a fitness center that we can use for free. But too paranoid to go there by myself to work out. We have a few treadmills, an eliptical (SP) and a few other things. I have tried to find a workout buddy but no luck........0
