Does anyone know of a website where I can print out the different calorie value of various foods, i.e. fruit, vegies, meat, dairy etc. Then can add them up to get a days total.

Both are units of energy:
"The difference between calories and kilojoules is rather like the difference between miles and kilometres. Kilojoules are the metric equivalent of calories; 1 kJ equals 0.2 calories."
