Looking for a group that is focused on heart health.

I went into the doctor last week with chest tightness, stress test, ultrasound, EKG, and labs all came back normal. A few days later I ended up in the cath lab and discovered I had a 95% blockage in my LAD (the widow maker). I am now the owner of a cardiac stent and a brand new determination to get fit and change my life. I want to find a group that is heart focused. Any help?

    Hey, I'm fairly new to this site but I am concerned about my heart health as well. Though I'm young, I still research ways to take care of my heart. I wouldn't mind starting a group with you or sharing my advice.

    On the COMMUNITY tab, do a SEARCH on "Heart" and you will come up with several groups you can join. You can join my group, CARDIAC BUDDIES if you want sympathy.
