Hey everybody. I am still very new to the health, fitness, and nutrition lifestyle. I mean like 2 weeks new. I need some help though. I'm trying to bulk up and so I have a high calorie count and i work out. Before anyone says anything, I do not do cardio. Don't worry, I learned that lesson.
I need foods that are high in protein, potassium, polyunsaturated fat, and monounsaturated fat. Can anyone give me advice about any foods that are rich in these areas? I don't really like vegetables, but there are a few that i eat. I do eat more fruits than vegetables, but still very picky in the area.
I know yogurt is rich in potassium. Perhaps something like that.
Any suggestions?

What vegetables do you eat? That will help people give you suggestions.
Which fruits? Apples, oranges, strawberries maybe?0 -
Broccoli and spinach are my go-to veg in the freezer, add them to omelettes, chicken and potato, whatever. Both high in potassium and iron, not to mention a load of other stuff. not calorie dense though. Bananas are also very good - no fats, but high in potassium, carbs, and even a little (negligible, but still there) bit of protein.0

As per the vegetables that I do eat, it would consist of carrots, celery, potatoes, peas, green beans, very little red cabbage, lettuce, things like that. I don't eat very many things that are very high in iron, such as spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, turnip greens, collard greens, and so on. I don't eat green cabbage, or tomatoes. There's not very many vegetables.
Fruits would be strawberries, apples, oranges, and I can't think of any other fruits right now. I don't eat bananas. I am thinking about getting a blender and getting a BUNCH of fruits. Bananas, kiwis, strawberries, oranges, apples, and so forth, and making my own shakes, and fruit salads. My thought process on the salads and shakes is that if it's mixed, perhaps I can learn to like more of the fruits and vegetables.0
