Tell me about 30 DS

Am thinking about getting it since I need a change of pace and something that will help me push myself...
Was thinking I could rotate this and my pilates... thoughts?
What do you like about it?
Anything you wish you could change about it?

What were your results after using it for 30 days?

    I've done it and loved it. I had to stick to Level 1. But that still gave me a great workout and it made me feel strong. I am hoping to start it again this Monday and I may even manage Level 2. Who knows. I highly reccommend it.

    I just started it a couple days ago so I can't tell you about results. But, in level one anyway you do pushups, jumping jacks, squats - lots of old-school stuff that works well (there are three levels of intensity). I definitely felt it! You do a warm up, followed by three circuits of strength training, cardio, and ab work, and then a cool down. The whole thing lasts just over 20 min.

    My only complaint is it's a little hard on the knees. Otherwise, so far so good!

    I'm on day one today. I was wondering if this would be 'manly' enough for me....I can put those worries away as I finished this morning covered in sweat! I'm going to give this a try and celebrate when I complete the 30 days! Good luck!
