GRRR....I wonder if anyone can suggest back strength exercises that work for lower back. Also I have this question. How often do you weigh in? Currently I am weighing in twice a week. I am in a wellness program at my job and I have to weigh in there. Should I stick to just one? GREAT NEWS THOUGH...my 20 year old noticed I am losing weight!!!!

Great work on the awesome progress!
As far as your back is concerned, I'm in no medical position to give any advice on it and would advise anybody suffering from such an issue to seek medical advise before taking on any form on exercise.

Search YouTube for syatic stretches or yoga. I have been where you are. I listen to my back and stretch it out daily.
