Earlier in the week I got my cardio in, in the pit of an Amon Amarth concert... Invigorating!

What is some of your favorite "work-out" music?

Pantera, Motorhead, Slayer, Down, Megadeth, Maiden, etc. I put my workout vids on mute and play some metal when I'm lifting because I hate the terrible pop music in the background of the vids. I always said I wanted to make my own exercise vids with metal music.
