Been on MFP for a couple of weeks, getting starting is the hardest part. Leaving my comfort zone and taking a walk. Then weighing myself and seeing the same old numbers for days at a time, what's that all about?

It's a slow process. Are you burning more calories then you're taking in? How much exercise are you doing and how often? What's your diet like? Lots of factors here. Feel free to add me to your FL. I'm very active here everyday.0
