over 50 with 80 pounds to lose

I started fitness pal January 5th I've lost fifteen pounds. I'm eating tons of vegetables 70% fruits 20% meat fish or chicken only 10%. No bread no dairy and if I feel I need to cheat I put five nestle chocolate chip morsels in my mouth let then melt and savoir for as long as possible before swallowing. Usually happens twice a week. Started at 270 now 255.

Great job on the weight loss! If you ever need to cheat, just make it a wise cheat. I always like to bake. I make it simple and healthy. What I have left I share with my co-workers. No sense if leaving all that temptation in my house.0

I'm 47 and lost 55 lbs using nutrisystem to start then after losing my fitness pal to maintain..my biggest issue is eating out0
