Should I have a hawaiian pizza takeaway? And if yes how many slices? Will it affect my diet?

You can eat anything in a calorie deficit and lose weight.
Do you have calories left for the day? Eat it. Do you not have calories left for the day? Eat it. You can divide the overage by six (for the six other days of the week) and eat that much less for those six days to keep with a weekly deficit.
Example: You go 350 calories over your goal. Divide by six and that's only 58 calories you need to cut for the rest of the week.

Hawaiian pizza sounds good! Just log it. (I'm 6 lbs from my goal and have gone over on average once a week. I just don't go over maintenance.)0
