I need help with my dinner

every afternoon I leave home at 18.30h to go to the gym and arrive at 21.30h.the problem is that 18.30 is too early for dinner (my lunch is at 14h) and 21.30 too late.What could I do (or eat)?I want to loose weight but I feel that what I do at gym is not worth it because of the dinner

    Of course you know to eat a certain amount of calories every day. As long as you stay at or under you're target calories, you will achieve your goals.
    Timing is not nearly as important as how much and what. If timing was important, many would say a post-workout meal is beneficial.

    Eat after the gym at 22.00.

    Well when are you hungry? Also, 3 hours at the gym is a bit insane.

    Thanks guys :) I work out at about 1,5 hour to 2.I am just not home for 3 hours
