Uhm, then don't do it? You don't have to stop eating at a certain time, just maintain a caloric deficit and you will lose weight.0
-
I had to eat something was feeling sick lol I'm still under my calorie quota0
-
Then there is no problem. As long as you keep a healthy deficit (by healthy I mean don't starve), you should be fine :)0

V8! It's a miracle worker. Lots of vitamins, low in calories, and makes
You feel like you ate something! A V8 and a cheese stick keeps me going for a good 2-3 hours.0 -
Thank you, no I won't starve myself, I know when people do that the body holds onto stuff (can't remember what) and it ends up having the opposite effect anyway!0

What's giggity?0

you can basically eat whenever you want and still lose. you just have to keep your cals in<cals out. and you should be drinking plenty of water anyway.0 -
Hmmm...rarely eat my dinner until after 6 or 7. Summertime it's normally 9/9:30. Never effected my weight.
Staying in a calorie deficit is what will make you lose weight, not time of day.0 -
After the 6pm the biggest thing I have is a cup of Tea0
-
If you're hungry and have the calories then eat. Time of the day means nothing.
I do have a glass of water first. Not it? Apple, orange, carrots. Something sweeter? 100 calorie oatmeal packs, cinnamon roll my favorite.
Dole has chocolate cover bananas in 100 calorie packs too.0 -

Let go of the myths . It's about calories in / calories out. If it fits in your day, then go for it. Don't believe everything you hear.0
