Hi everyone, I'm on the last semester of nursing school and I really want to get healthier before graduation and starting a new career. Any ideas on how to stay motivated or keep this a priority? Thanks for the support in advance!

Well, think of this. Do you want an overweight/unhealthy nurse taking care of you?

Eating more than you burn = weight gain!

Only you can make it a priority for you

This! And how will you keep up with the physical demands if you aren't treating your body right?

Once you start working as a nurse, you shouldn't have a problem losing weight since you'll be constantly on your feet. I recommend getting a fitness tracker (I love my FitBit) and logging everything you eat on here, meet your daily calorie goals and you'll be where you want to me in no time! Good luck!
