Lost 10 kg last year after giving birth to my second child while I was on maternity leave. Gone back to work full time and have gained 3 kg. no time to exercise or watch my diet. What's the alternative?

You need no time to watch your diet. Logging takes a small effort, maybe 5 minutes total for the whole day. Exercise is for health, not needed to lose weight.0

It might sound harsh but if you have enough time to eat too much then you also have enough time to eat the right amount of calories that you need to reach your goals.
The first step is clearing away excuses I'm afraid.
I blamed the guy who drove his car into my knee for making me fat for years - it was only when I took responsibility for what I stuffed in my face that I gained control of my diet and my weight.0 -
Do you work in an office or another type of setting?0
