I use a garmin heart rate monitor and have my garmin express linked to track my activity. I'd really like to connect with other folks who are active and working on increasing their fitness levels. I'm into running 5Ks and bodyweight workouts. I have 95 lbs to lose.

    I only use MFP, but I've finally gotten back to the point where 2 miles doesn't kill me anymore... not saying it's easy for me though either. Fell free to add me as well! I could use a little more motivation myself.
