I joined mfp in November 2014. I had a vision of who I wanted to be a few years ago after a very dramatic experience. I tackled my mental state before getting involved in fitness as I felt I couldn't get myself out of bed. Now I'm happy to tell you since September I continue to learn more about nutrition and fitness. Small steps at a time. I'm now physically becoming that person I envisioned. I'd love to connect with new friends as I feel a community is very important for consistent growth.

    Hey there, welcome to 2015 a new you and this community. glad to hear your in a better state of mind so its time to work on your body that in turn will make your mind better even still
