A study is being conducted here at Loughborough University into the effects of sitting time on your health. By getting up and moving around for just two minutes every half an hour can significantly increase your quality of life. Plus it maintains a higher metabolism throughout the day.

    That's really interesting info...even though I'm exercising for 45-90 minutes per day at the gym, for most of the rest of the day I'm sitting at the computer or reading etc. I'll keep this in mind and try to do it! It makes sense, if you think about it....
