I'm staying away from social media for multiple reasons!!
1. Stay focused on my diet
2. Spend more time planning out my day instead of being a couch potato on Instagram and Twitter
3. Focus more on my workout plan

I always tell everyone I am anti-social...media. I am not at all anti-social. I am really appreciating these MFP forums, they seem drama free, unlike fb, twitter, etc. This is week 1 for me on mfp and I am loving it. I too believe that mainstrean social media sites will distract me from achieving my new healthy lifestyle.0
