Just wanted to share the first 25 lbs lost!:)

I've only lost the first 25, but that was my first goal to reach for this year. In the first picture I was in a size 22 jeans. The second picture was taken in a size 18! If I can do it, I know anyone can! I hope this inspires or motivates someone:)

    I count my calories and macros to a T on here. You can go to my profile and look at my diary if you'd like. I make sure I have "green" days almost every single day and if I'm going to have a treat I factor it into my calories and plan ahead. I have PCOS so it's extremely hard for me to lose weight and working out almost every day and 100% logging everything that goes into my mouth ahead of time has done the trick:) On the days I don't work out, I make sure I still follow what I have logged in my diary so I don't gain on my "days off."
