Carol Tyne's first day

Bravely putting one foot in front of the other here and introducing myself. I am CarolTyne... And this is my first day on here....I have no idea who is out there but hello anyway.
Today is a bank holiday in New Zealand. I am taking it as MY day. MY day to get back on track. my. MY day to organise my eating and motivate myself to lose 1/3 of my body weight. My first goal is to regain my health by losing 10%of my weight and try to control my joint pain without anti inflammatories.

Here goes....pressing "post" ....gulp!!

    Hi Tammy, welcome, there's a lot of great people here. There's also a lot of information here too. I've learned so much, but mostly that calories are calories and all we have to do is limit them to lose weight. Not that that's so easy! I wish you well on your journey. I know you will do great! If you want friends you can friend me if you want.
