Today was not a good day and I totally messed up my diet. Ice cream fatty sandwiches you name it. I feel awful. Like I failed today in some way. Does this happen to anyone else? Binge eating I mean. And what do you do about it.

    Try to determine why are you are binge eating. If you are bored or stressed think back on why... did something happen to make you resentful or irritable, angry or fearful? Binge eating can be a symptom of a different problem. Dealing with those issues will probably stop the cravings and binges I learned all this from going through the 12 steps as outlined in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous with a sponsor. I have learned more about why I compulsively ate...Now my relationships are improving since I am not so irritable and obsessed with food, plus I am losing the weight!
