Hey all. Trying this site after many many tries at some permanent loss.... decided the best thing I could do for myself would be to count the calories and get real with how and what I eat. Gotta a long road ahead but feel better about it now that I ever have so here for the long haul~

    You can do it. It takes time and determination and you will hit a few bumps but you can do it :)
