Hi I have just devoured a Batchelors chilli chicken low fat super noodle. Pack says 153 cals on front so thought yay can eat this for my lunch. Read the back and says 153 cals per portion as prepared. Serves 2 as part of meal or 1 as a snack, but underneath the nutritional info it says contains 2 portions....
So my question is, half I just eaten 1 full noodle at 153 cals or 2 portions at 153 each?
When i enter barcode into fitness pal i get various results all conflicting....
Please help me

Just looked up the nutritional label so I could see what you were looking at. You ate 306 calories. There are two servings at 153 each in that package.0

If this is your product, then the information states that one pack has 2 servings. Therefore you would need to log 2 portions if you ate the whole packet. http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=2647881350

Yeah supernoodles are really sneaky like that, they are always "2 portions"0

Wicked thanks, so not so low calorie as a snack then. They dont make it clear on the back at all.
Very Confusing isnt it as it states on one side on the pack a snack for one but on the other 2 portions...Naughty0 -
Also when i google it, it comes up as 1 pack not serving the sly buggers.0

and not to go on but the pack size is only 85g before water so i assumed giving i didnt use that much water it wouldnt weight that much more once cooked. I shall test it and weigh final product to out my mind at rest.0

The instructions say to add 300ml water (which is 300g) so the total weight cooked would be roughly 85 + 300 = 385g (minus a small amount that will evaporate while boiling).
p.s. love your profile pic!0 -
Bugger lol. I was trying to justify my actions.....Hiding all super noodles now!
Thanks cant beat that movie0
