Need Motivators

I'm 33 and I've gained 20 lbs in the last year, 2014 was not good to me to keep weight off. I'm working to loose 25-30 lbs by April 22nd, my birthday. Since January 1st I've already lost 6 lbs, but going kind of slow. I need some motivation to get a good boost in my weight loss journey.

    My birthday is in April as well! Looking to lose at least 15 before my bday!

    Hi slherber... My name is Kay. I have also started my weight loss journey. I started on Oct 15th 2014 and I weighed 240 pounds and currently I'm 212 pounds. I lost more than 25 pounds in a streak of we weeks. My body fat has gone down almost 8%. I was worried about how the hell will I losw weight but I just got my 2 upper aps pop out clear and loud... I'm with you. If I can do it so can you... You can add me and I'll tell you all the secrets to lose those extra pounds safely!!!
  • I keep my fingers crossed for you to reach your goal. 6lbs in 2 weeks isn't bad. Until April is more than enough time to get visible results. Keep going steady and never stray from the way :-).

    I went down from 216lbs to 179lbs over the past 12 months. The last 10 took the longest. Still want to go 6-8lbs, but at some point weight is less important than shape and feeling.
