Any cardio that gets your heart rate up and going for awhile is good for calorie burning however, you want progressive load weight lifting 2-3X/week to help retain your muscle.0

HIIT0

I would say do a light jog or jump roping for 5-10 minutes as a warm up and then continue on with your normal routine. Wish you the best of luck!0

Sounds like you may need to change up, or keep a closer eye on your macros (carbs, protein, fats). I'm 5'10 30yr old male. I am what they call an easy gainer. To keep the weight off but continue to build muscle I've been sticking to 40%carbs-40%protein-20%fats. I was 201lbs about 2months ago, and I've since lost weight down to 195 after a full day of eating. Only ithwr thing I recommend is to try intermittent fasting...seems to work for lots of people.0

if fat loss if your goal now i'd go with HIIT for a while. Or if you have access to a prowler or something like that pushing that would be ideal.0

I think the best cardio with minimal loss of size is treadmill set at high inclination. Key is not to hold on the machine like everyone else does.0 -
Cardio isn't going to "loose your muscle".
You would have to take your cardio to extremes to start using muscle as fuel if that's what you are concerned about.
Your diet looks very low in fat BTW, do you have a fat goal as well as protein and carbs?0 -
Im new to weight training so im not sure what im supposed to be having. I use this app to log my food intake i always reach the goals on here x0
