I've been using MFP off an on for a couple of years, I've found when I do use it I stay on track SO much easier. This time 2 years ago I was more focussed than ever & ended up losing 25 pounds! When I was finally happy with my body I because allowing myself more 'cheat meals' and because I didn't gain weight after the first few I allowed more and more, soon I was slipping into the craziness of RN school and I have gain 15 back
The love of my life recently proposed and our wedding is 11/7/15!!! So excited & so motivated to have that fit and toned body so I can feel amazing in my dress & on the honeymoon!
