Hey folks - just thought I'd quickly post to say hello. I joined a few weeks ago, actually out of an attempt to find a nice Android app to track my diet. After several, I found MFP, and I eventually wound up here instead of just using the Android app. Very happy with the quality of the app (I find it better, actually, than the entry here on the webpage - go figure).

I've already found the community and your posts extremely helpful in answering my questions and helping me forward. Hopefully at some point I'll be able to return the favor!

My approach is to more carefully watch what I eat, control my "exceptions" and become more active. I love to be outdoors, am an avid scuba diver, and in general love working around the small farm that we have. Over the last few years, I found my motivation to do some of these things is directly proportionate to my level of fitness - and I'm positive these things as well as the support of fellow MFPers will allow me to achieve my goals!

Feel free to send me a friend request, and poke me if you see me slacking off (but don't take offense if I do the same :P )

    I have just found MFP and love it. I am enjoying food and excerise for the first time ever.
    Poke's to keep motivation are a must
